Shipping Policy

We at IndySoul thrive on your happiness when you receive our product/s. We always try to make sure that the products are delivered to you in pristine condition. We have tied up with one of the best delivery partner in the industry to ensure that you are satisfied with the entire shipping process. We generally dispatch your order within 7 days of placing the order. Inspite of all our caution if the delivery of the product is delayed resulting from any courier delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Delivery time will be 1 to 8days from the date of dispatch.

We will inform you through sms and e-mail as soon as your product is dispatched. We will inform you of your Order Tracking ID so that you can track your order any time you wish.

The shipping charge is flat INR 65.00 per order for purchase of any single product. But if you buy any two or more products together in a single order we will gladly deliver your order to you for free that is, we will bear the shipping charge.
