Refund and Exchange Policy

INDYSOUL EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We are sure that you are going to love what you have ordered from us. However if you feel that something is not right, we’re always there with you to make the return/ exchange process as smooth as possible for you. Here’s our return and exchange policy for items purchased from INDYSOUL.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we canā€™t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchange of product:

We understand that sometimes you may have a change of mind regarding your choice of item. So one time exchange for a particular item, for any reasons (example size, colour, design etc), for that category will be applicable within seven days of order delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the accompanying price tag and labels. Please do not tear the price tag or labels till you are satisfied with the product you have received. Besides, you must send us the product back in the original packaging only.Ā 

Sizes in exchange are subject to availability. In case of unavailability of size, you will be requested to choose another item from that category. The difference in amount (if any) will be sent back as a redeemable gift card or added to your INDYSOUL wallet. In case of exchanged item being at a higher price range the excess amount has to be prepaid by the customer before dispatch.

Exchanges

We only refund items if they are received in defective or damaged condition. If you need to exchange any item/product for the same item, send us an email at customer.care@myindysoul.com and click the EXCHANGE button on your Order in your account dashboard.

Exchange of one item in a combo:

If you have purchased two or multiple items from a combo and choose to exchange either one of them, then the exchanged product has to be of the same price as that of the one returned. We regret that we are unable to refund any money in case of combos.

Sale items (if applicable)

Item/items bought during SALE period or using any types of promotional discounts cannot be refunded or returned or exchanged. Item/items bought during SALE period or using any promotional discounts may be refunded only if received in damaged or defective condition. Any refund is subject to inspection and approval by INDYSOUL team.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect product:

In the rare event that a product you’ve ordered arrives in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, you can initiate an exchange request or can initiate a refund request directly on our website. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the accompanying price tag and in the original packaging within 7 days of order delivery.

Wrong product handover in return:

Action will be taken on the basis of package opening footage & will be returning the same product we have received. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any loss & no action will be made if the customer fails to raise the query within 7 days of pickup.

If the product has been collected by the courier partner and is subsequently returned to you due to unexpected circumstances, the courier partner may request you to show a government-issued ID as evidence of the handover.

Additional non-returnable items:

– Gift cards
– For additional products that are not returnable, it is mentioned in the product description.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it isĀ approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your INDYSOUL wallet. If you want the refund to be credited to your source of payment /Ā bank account, it will be done within 7-10 working days at a processing fee of INR 35/- per product/item.Ā For COD orders refund will be credited to INDYSOUL wallet only.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you havenā€™t received a refund yet, first log in to your account again and check ā€œMY WALLETā€.
