It is especially made by mechanically sieving and combing the cotton fibres repeatedly before they are spun into yarn. It removes dirt, seeds, or insects without using chemicals and we have a fabric that is stronger, more durable, and consistent in length.
Ringspun cotton fabrics are spun using ring frames and are superior to cotton fabrics produced through other processes because the finished ringspun fabrics are noticeably finer, softer and more durable. 180 GSM refers to the weight of the thread. Our high thread count means a finer thread, which results in a tighter weave and a more lightweight, breathable fabric.
Preshrunk fabric refers to having been put through a machine that compacts the fibres tightly together. This process condenses the fabric by removing the space between the threads thus replicating the shrinking process. This is now a preshrunk fabric and will shrink negligibly when put through the traditional washing and drying process.
100% cotton is totally free of any polyester blend. It’s more breathable and is very comfortable to wear for many hours even in scorching summers.
