How to place an order?
To place your order, follow these steps :
- Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size. You can check out our size chart for reference.
- Once you’re done, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
- After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
- From there, you can either login to your existing INDYSOUL account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
- Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
How do I know whether my order was placed successfully?
- Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS with details of your order and your order ID.
- You’ll receive another email & SMS once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, be comfortable, relax, and wait for your amazing product(s) to arrive!
How do I check the status of my order?
- To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on the Menu bar on your left hand side of the screen.
- Click on My Orders to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history). You can also simply click on the product from the Order ID to check your order status.
- After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email and SMS. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email and SMS.
- In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
- If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, write to us at customer.care@myindysoul.com, we will try our best to help.
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
Why can I not see the Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
- If the Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).
If I receive a defective or damaged product and have paid by Cash on Delivery, how will I receive my refund upon approval of the return by INDYSOUL?
- There is no scope of refund of cash to a buyer by INDYSOUL. In this case if the payment for the damaged product is made by COD, then once the return has been approved by the INDYSOUL team, the buyer will be provided with an INDYSOUL e-voucher through email that he/she can redeem within 6 months.
Is there any delivery charge to be paid by me?
- The delivery charge is flat INR 65.00 per order for purchase of any single product. But if you buy any two or more products together in a single order we will gladly deliver your order to you for free that is, we will bear the shipping charge.
How do I cancel my order?
- If you need to cancel your order please drop an email at care@myindysoul.com within 6 hours of placing the order.
- If the cancellation is done after the order has been dispatched that is, once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, we kindly request you to refuse the delivery when it arrives. The order will be returned to us, and as soon as it's back in our warehouse, we will process the full refund.

Can I return the product received by me if I do not like it upon delivery?
- We understand that sometimes you may have a change of mind regarding your choice of item. So one time exchange for any reasons (example size, colour, design etc) will be applicable within 7 days of order delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the accompanying price tag. Please do not tear the price tag till you are satisfied with the product you have received. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Sizes in exchange are subject to availability. In case of unavailability of size, you will be requested to choose another item. The difference in amount (if any) will be sent back as a redeemable gift card. In case of exchanged item being at a higher price range the excess amount has to be prepaid by the customer before dispatch.
When can I get refund for a product?
- In the rare event that a product you've ordered arrives in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, you can initiate an exchange request or can initiate a refund request directly on our website. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the accompanying price tag and in the original packaging within 7 days of order delivery.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your source of payment / bank account within 7-10 working days. For COD orders refund will be done as INDYSOUL vouchers.
Is it possible to buy an INDYSOUL Tshirt with my own design printed on it?
We are very happy to help you to nurture your creativity and customize our Tshirt especially for you as per your own design.
- Please log in to your INDYSOUL account.
- Click on the CUSTOMIZE button.
- Choose the Tshirt type, colour and size as per your liking.
- Please upload your design in .png file.
- Please enter your WhatsApp contact number.
- Place the order and prepay the billing amount mentioned inclusive of the delivery charge. COD is not available for this service.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail as well as an SMS.
- You will be shown a mock-up of the Tshirt with your design on it over WhatsApp. Sometimes a beautiful design does not look appropriate/attractive when actually printed on a Tshirt. So if the mock-up is not in sync with your vision, we will gladly accommodate you changing the design if you wish but once only.
- Once you approve the mock-up, we will print your design on the Tshirt.
- Once ready we will deliver your customized supercombed, biowashed, premium quality INDYSOUL Tshirt at your doorstep.
